Inside IRAN’s underground billion-dollar art gallery
The presence of major foreign galleries in the India Art Summit is a reminder of the global interest in Indian art.
The west wind blows in today's India Summit Art Room No. 7 of Pragati Maidan has brought welcome news. There are as many as 16 foreign galleries at the top, who have come looking for talent youth in India. In fact, most of them have already pocketed some of the finest names in contemporary India with great success, representing in a reputable list of art shows worldwide.
Until the recession hit sense to our heads, the history of Indian art world had read so much, – teachers had finally been recognized, having gained crores and a place in history, and now was the turn of contemporaries. Some of them as Subodh Gupta, TV Santhosh Jitish Kallat and had even started to reduce the height, but then the recession hit the giant at all.
Like Erben, Rob Dean of London, Rob Dean Art Ltd, says the opinion of his counterpart in New York. Dean, who was representative of Christie's in India in 1998-2000, says: "In 2003, he had to do a show with these artists, among them Jitish Kallat and Atul Dodiya, and only one painting had been sold. Now, most of them have made the switch from international to domestic circuit. "Dean calls a trickle down effect and adds:" With many young collectors now, Indian contemporary artists will be in demand. "While in London and New York are the first stops for any Indian artist who travel abroad, is the representation of countries such as Germany, Latvia, Netherlands, Japan and China at the summit that makes the foreign interest in India noteworthy art. Katja W. Ott, representing Beck & Eggeling Gallery Dusseldorf, Germany (together with the managing partner Stefan Wimmer), said: "India is a popular destination for German tourists. They are in love with the whole cultural package, which includes art. Some Indian artists like MF Husain, FN Souza and SH Raza between teachers and contemporaries such as Subodh Gupta are well known to connoisseurs
Art, a day before the start of the summit, to Agni in the park, where there arrived in the company of Subodh Gupta and Bharti Kher. Speaking of his interest in Indian art, he said, "There is much interest in the U.S.. Subodh Gupta is a name that already is well known and we are constantly showing young and emerging artists from India in our show. "Birendra PANI is a name for itself. Other international names such as Arario, with galleries in Beijing and New York, and Galerie Hans Bakker HB Rotterdam, the Netherlands, are also involved, but do not show all indigenous artists. Without But their presence confirms the growing interest in Indian art, and presumably contemporary is the way forward. Now, only if the recession could overcome quickly.

Women In Art
Introduction
In its early years (age 7) Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797-1861) and was fascinated by the images of warriors and Kabuki actors. At the age of 14 he became a member of the Utagawa school success and was one of many talented students with master Utagawa Toyokuni I. After a laborious start initial modest successes rediscovered the theme of Suikoden Heroes and their first impressions were an immediate commercial success.
Suikoden Heroes
Kuniyoshi preference for heroic subjects and themes can be traced back in the early days of his career. Al Initially, your warrior designs are very similar in style to that of Shuntei (which was also famous for his prints of sumo), but Kuniyoshi's Suikoden series was released in this influence.
His prints Suikoden (known as the "108 Heroes of the Suikoden") in a format inspired Oban in the adaptation of the author of a comprehensive Takizawa Bakin heroic Chinese novel Shui-ho ch'uan (Japanese: Suikoden) written in the 14th century, known in the West as the margin of water, tells the story of a band of outlaws in the 12th century. These bandits living in the marshes near the Liangshan Mountain. Its leader was the song without fear Jiang and the clan was like a bloodthirsty "A-Team" fight against injustice and the rights of people common.
Although not the first Kuniyoshi Ukiyo-e artist who worked on this issue, the great Hokusai Suikogaden Shinpan illustrated book (New edition illustrated the Suikoden) in 1805, his innovative interpretation than its predecessor. Representing these Chinese "heroes" give the image of some type of radiation supernatural place the figures in an ultra-dynamic scenario. The protagonists often tattooed with their looks strong and terrible weapons were accepted by Kuniyoshi urging the public to add more designs (more than seventy years!). Later, more Suikoden series on the subject were added one in the smaller format chuba.
Leaflets
Kuniyoshi's outstanding contribution to Japanese art are also on their warrior triptychs. The designs of these leaflets as distinctive because of its use of black bodies. The three separate sheets untiy show clear and dramatic and show a broad recognition of the possibilities of this format is rarely encountered by the predecessors of Kuniyoshi. Chips individual leaflets, for example, Utamaro and Kiyonaga can also be appreciated as isolated images, but the best work of Kuniyoshi leaves are inseparable if the strength of the composition must be experienced.
Influence
When Kuniyoshi became a teacher himself, he trained a large number of students as Yoshitora, Yoshimori, Yoshitsuya, and Yoshikazu Yoshiiku. All of them have worked in a similar style and tradition as designing brochures Kuniyoshi not unworthy of his master. But it was his most talented student who developed Yoshitoshi a unique individual western oriented in the same level as his teacher. Yoshitoshi also designed a series about the heroes of Suikoden which consists of 50 prints chubas that are darker in tone and have a more ominous atmosphere. Kuniyoshi's Suikoden designs also had a decisive influence on the fashion of body tattoos in Japan.
Ukiyo-e Artists
Torii Kiyonaga (1752-1815), Takizawa Bakin (1767-1848), Katsukawa Shuntei (1770-1820), Kitagawa Utamaro (1753-1806), Katsukawa Hokusai (1760-1849), (1769-1825 Utagawa Toyokuni I), Utagawa Yoshitora (Acts 1850-1880), Yoshimori Utagawa (1830-1884), Utagawa Yoshitsuya (1822-1866), Utagawa Yoshiiku (1833-1904), Utagawa Yoshikazu (Act. ca. 1850-1870), Tsukioka Yoshitoshi (1839-1892).

An arcade game (also known as a cool arcade in the United Kingdom, a game center (aafafaafaaf, GA musentA?) In Japan, Fliperama in Brazil or as an "arcade") is an entertainment machine coin operated, typically installed in businesses such as restaurants, bars, video games and family entertainment centers. Most are playable arcade redemption games, video games or pinball machines. Cool arcade games often have very short levels, simple control systems and intuitive, and increasing difficulty.
The first popular arcade game Plays were first games of the park midway attractions such as shooting, throwing ball games and the first coin-operated machines, as those intended to tell a person of their fortune or played mechanical music. The former 1920 Midways amusement parks of the era (such as Coney Island in New York) provided the inspiration and atmosphere of the arcade games more playable.
The golden age of arcade games cool in the 1980s was a peak period of popularity of video arcade game, innovation, and income. The era saw the rapid spread of video arcades in North America, Western Europe and Japan. Cool games arcade began appearing in supermarkets, restaurants, liquor stores, bars and gas stations. In the 1990s, the number of arcades in America North was falling. Arcades seen a resurgence of popularity in the short to mid-1990s, but soon began to fall again. This decrease was mainly due to the fact that the technology of video game consoles at home began to rival and eventually exceed the arcade games. Moreover, the rise of the Internet that offers recreational fun that keep many potential customers at home arcade. Many galleries play still exist in the U.S., but not in nearly the large numbers of the 1980s. However, the video game arcade (game centers (aafafaafaaf) remained popular in Japan. In 1996, the decline in the arcade sales volume meant that this approach was not cost-effective. Cool arcade games lost its status as the vanguard of the new games.
Moreover, in the 1990s and early 2000s, networked gaming via console and online games that seemed to play, replacing the venue of the head to the head competition and social atmosphere once provided solely by the arcade game plays. Times Online reported on 19 February 2005, "is over game of the arcade machines of the time … death of arcades is extremely sad because it sucks offside informal sociability. "
The development of web-based graphics technologies such as Flash and Java allowed browser games to become more complex. These cool flash games, also known for its technology relationship as "Flash games" or "Java games," became increasingly popular. Now, many independent developers around the world are specifically the design of online games to play in the arcade genre. These cool flash based arcade games are cool enough to be downloaded quickly and play directly from a web browser without installation. Cool flash game is now a meeting place more socially oriented.
The arcade's History suggests that is entertaining the world since the beginning. In today's world, I think the viral marketing promotions may take the form of flash interactive games. Hopefully, flash cool arcade games based on pave the way for a new entertainment solution for the next generation of the world.

Funny Dustin Hoffman was one of many to look down the red carpet to see the host of celebrities, who had gathered to pay tribute to Clint Eastwood. In Most Hollywood celebrities, who eagerly gathered to pay tribute to 77 years old iconic actor and Academy Award-winning director in the Spirit Film Festival in Los Angeles Independence award ceremony, honored Eastwood's dual status as both a Hollywood star and a huge movie star without compromise. D. Hoffman, after a designated time. "You look at where he started, like a spaghetti Western kind of actor, like John Wayne or whatever, then go to management, and then go to the author address. It has not stopped evolving and his artistry is ongoing. "
Tony Bennett Pays Tribute to Clint
Singer Tony Bennett in the hands was another icon to pay tribute to Eastwood in the forthcoming issue of document production Eastwood: The end never Music. Tony Bennett, who is four years of high level for Eastwood, he said, was more than the physical magnetic Eastwood, who made him a star. "Yes, he has the body language of interest and a beautiful face, but more than that he has a beautiful mind and heart. It has developed into a great director and each movie is getting better and better – is incredible. "Present on this auspicious occasion was one, Kevin Bacon, who recalled breaking away from Clint Eastwood, when the Hollywood star in Mystic River directed him and said that even means the perspective of working class actors. Oscar-winning director and screenwriter Paul Haggis, who wrote the screenplays for the films Eastwood, Million Dollar Baby, Flags of our parents and Letters from Iwo Jima, said: "Everyone thinks they know who Clint Eastwood. Even politicians who think they know who he is and he does not is. Every time I think I fixed it, I'm completely wrong every time. "
Other celebrities in the celebration
Meeting at the Hammer Museum Billy Wilder Theater to join the tribute, were notable celebrities like Terrence Howard, Emmy Rossum, Ryan Phillippe, Aidan Quinn, Dylan McDermott, Derek Luke and Rosie Perez. Clint Eastwood was considered highly amused by the group of stars, who had gathered here to honor him. Clint had the best night as a celebration of the career a eulogy at the beginning, looking healthy and strong as he walked majestically from the red carpet with confidence, even pausing to flirt and have fun with women journalists, almost all of which appeared a quarter of his age. But while I was delighted to be admired for its past achievements, his approach was still in film has not yet been done. "This is the work," he said. "You keep working and keep doing things, and if you give out, they give." When asked if there was a special moment in his career that was the most satisfactory, answered at random.
