How Long To Grill Filet Mignon
Calling all professional chefs?

I'm doing sirloin steaks from a party of 12. I would like to start the steaks on the grill for a Sear and foreign brands, and then I would transfer to the oven to finish cooking. Can anyone tell me at what temperature and how long should I roast the grilled meats after reaching a good med-rare? I'm expecting a charcoal grill over high time to 2-3 minutes per side for searing. Furthermore, it has bought the meat yet, but I hope the fillets into about 1.5 "thick. Thanks.

350 F. degrees for 10 minutes will give you a perfect medium rare to finish the oven.
